Cancellations Due to Weather
- Compass Adventure will endeavour to make up your missed session, but unfortunately we can not guarantee that this will happen. For weather related cancellations there are no refunds.
Schools Group Cancellations Due to COVID-19 Provincial closures (as of January 1,2021)
-Should either the facilities at Compass Adventure or those of the group booking be mandated closed due to the provincial health organization closures due to the Covid-19 pandemic; Compass Adventure will refund or credit deposits made for pre booked programs.
Summer Programs / Sailing School Refund Policy
- Bookings that are made and subsequently cancelled up to 30 days prior to the date of the commencement of the program/course will receive a full refund.
Between 30 days and 15 days clients will receive 50% refund. Between 14 days and commencement clients will receive 25% refund. After the day of commencement there will be no refunds.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT ON LONG TERM PROGRAMS UNDER SAILING ACADEMY THERE ARE POSITIVELY NO REFUNDS*
*There are NO refunds or transfers on any Membership passes / programs*
