Lets start with the basics, 

If you've never sailed before, this is where to begin. Your instructor will get you working towards your goal of stepping off the shoreline and into the great blue with the wind on your side in no time. This course outlines a sailboat overview, understanding and using the wind, basic maneuvers and rules as well as safety on water. This course is also designed to pair with PART 2, leading you towards accomplishing confidence and control.

This course is a continuation of PART 1 

Designed to build upon the skills learned in the previous course and create more depth of understanding in these areas as well as learning additional related topics. Building up your confidence with the basic knowledge and skill sets of a sailor will have you cruising around in style. Once you have successfully completed PART 2 you will then have your prerequisite to join our Membership programs.

This year we will be offering a NEW Membership program that runs each week on Friday afternoons. The prerequisite for membership is that you must be able to sail without assistance ( completion of our Intro to sailing Part 1 / Part 2 ) or equivalent. Boats will be made available for you to "drop In" as well as receive exclusive access to monthly seminars and discounts with our Membership + option.

Here is a great place to start. You may not be ready to circumnavigate the world but you sure will experience the excitement of sailing! This course will lead you though the more practical side of learning to sail a keelboat and ownership. There is a lot to learn so hold onto your hats as this course is jam packed with so many aspects of the sailing world. Don't worry we will be sure to squeeze in some fun at the same time. We will also be keeping a hands on learning focus through out your sessions.
